We spend just as much, if not more, of our time in our work spaces as we do at home! Productivity, engagement, and harmony are important for any work environment. As the leader of a company, it it vital to know how your people function: the way the think through problems, the way the emotionally respond to critique, what their life plans and goals are.
During a business consultation, we will use a compass to divide your office floor plan in to sectors and discuss how to properly arrange each of them for maximum communication and engagement. We will review your personal chart as the owner/manager/leader to help create a space that supports your needs, and discuss cures and decor/organization alterations.
IMPORTANT: If you'd like to create personal charts for all employees at your office, please email me before making a puchase so we can discuss the size of your operation, number of employees, and the permissions of each of those employees to create their chart. We will also discuss how the information will be given to you, whether in person or over a zoom call.
